John Payne Company specializes in grocery food stores, medical office buildings, restaurants, retail & mixed use shopping centers, warehouses, and churches. On every project, the goal for John Payne Company is to take the plumbing and HVAC scopes and handle the procurement, execution and coordination for the General Contractor. Doing this allows the GC to focus on other trades and actually build the building. The majority of our work is from repeat clients who we value highly.
Design-Build
JPC provides design-build services for both plumbing and HVAC. No matter where a project is at in the design phase, we can assist the GC and owner/developer in designing a building with efficient heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems. We also have a LEED certified Project Manager on staff and have the capability to assist with LEED project credentials and goals.

John Payne Company prides itself on repeat work with clients. By making client satisfaction our goal, we have had the opportunity to negotiate many projects, leading to better performance, cost savings and overall higher customer satisfaction rates.
Plan-Spec-Bid
A majority of our work is still obtained through competitive bid environment. With years of experience and a large array of historical cost information, we can accurately assess a diverse type of project costs and schedules. This ability leads to accurate estimates and gives the bidding contractors confidence in using our numbers for the plumbing and HVAC scopes.
Vendor/Subcontractor Relations
JPC values the relationships it has formed over the years with its many suppliers, subcontractors and vendors for both the plumbing and HVAC industry. We like to treat our vendors and subcontractors the way we hope to be treated. This includes honesty, good communication and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. The time tested relationships we have with our vendors and subcontractors has established a trust and integrity between companies and has allowed us to work together in an efficient manner.
